Job Context

• This position is located at the head office of Opsonin Herbal and Nutraceuticals Limited (OHNL) in Dhaka
• Formulate the marketing plan and its coordination and monitoring to achieve the set business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• This position is required to supervise Product Executives
• Developing annual marketing plan comprising innovative strategies, ensure sustainable growth and profitable business of assigned brands
• Transforming strategies into creative and effective promotional mix to attain brand leadership, customer loyalty & team motivation
• Developing budget for promotion materials
• Monitoring market activities with special emphasis to competitors & proposing effective strategies to gain market share
• Training to field forces to develop them

• M. Pharm / B. Pharm

• Age at most 34 years
• Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and 2 years of experience in supervising/ similar position
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Good leadership skill, team player & excellent interpersonal skill
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
